(ii) Cancellation - To any person surrendering ADSs for cancellation and withdrawal of Deposited Securities including, inter alia, cash distributions made pursuant to a cancellation or withdrawal, a fee of US$0.05 per ADS so surrendered;
(iii) Cash distribution - To any Holder of ADSs, a fee of US$0.02 per ADS held for the distribution of cash proceeds, including cash dividends or sale of rights and other entitlements, not made pursuant to a cancellation or withdrawal;
(iv) Exercise of rights - To any holder of ADSs, a fee US$0.05 per ADS issued upon the exercise of rights; and
(v) Administration - For the operation and maintenance costs in administering the ADSs an annual fee of US$0.02 per ADS, such fee to be assessed against Holders of record as of the date or dates set by the Depositary.
